For those of you who have a Macintosh, this is for you. the new iLife '11 ad looks very flashy and attractive........but DO NOT buy it. Based on about 100 reviews it has only achieved a rating of 3 stars. the iMovie application is nice but iPhoto, Garageband and iWeb have been known to crash while being used. iMovie is the only application with AWESOME effects such as instant replay, people finder and preview maker. But this application too, is slow.

" I enjoy my Mac a lot and found iLife'11 good- I mainly use iPhoto and iMovie- which have good features and are simple to use. Then I upgraded to iLife'11 having faith in the new version. Everything was OK for a while. And then I spent hours on a movie project and........you lose everything. No way to save a project and get back to a previous version. My frustration is at the highest level.  For the first time I am really disappointed in an apple product."

"I should have read the reviews first! iPhoto locks up when trying to add photo's to a book and my wife is very angry with me for upgrading this... apple is not helping with this problem and google searches showing many many problems with photo library importing into iPhoto 11... DO NOT BUY THIS UNTILL APPLE FIXES IT!"
